Anxiety /Panic attacks

Caused by an inability to manage feelings and emotions, this  causes stress ( which has physical and psychological symptoms).

Learning to deal with feelings removes stress so that the physical body functions better ( Removes headaches, stomach aches, twitches etc.)

When the body is relaxed ( free of pain and discomfort) it is easier to deal with the issues that can cause stress

The thought always comes before the action, know the signs

Stop the thought stop the action
